The Plugwise business-system is meant for every company that is using energy. Very suitable for businesses wishing to manage multiple locations from the internet.The pay-back time of the professional Plugwise system varies between 1 and 3 years.
The system contains a flexible package of Circles, Circle +, Stick and Source Pro, to be determined by the company itself (45-65 nodes per network).
Additional functionalities Source Pro:
Besides the standard functionalities “measuring, switching and communicating” the Source Pro offers a range of additional functionalities:
• The Source Pro facilitates linking multiple networks allowing for the management of more than the standard 65 plugs per network (this implies the purchase of additional hardware);
• The Source Pro supports a ‘multi user client’ that allows the user to analyze and manage multiple networks and users from the internet,via the Internet Portal that has been specially designed for Plugwise (additional product).
• The Source Pro contains an export function to export the generated and selected data to a CSV file format.
• The Source Pro contains a built-in webserver to access the basic functionalities like usage and switching using a webbrowser via a webinterface. This webinterface is customizable.
Project costs and specification:
The total costs are including project-consultancy, implementation, installation and final evaluation. The project can be subsidized by the EIA subsidy of Senter Novem.

Plugwise charges the Professional Plugwise user a yearly fee, for the first time after a lapse of twelve (12) months from the data of purchase, for each period of twelve (12) months (the “Period”) and every following period for Updates, Maintenance and Support services. The fee is calculated on the basis of 7,5% of the original purchase price of the Source Pro software and of the hardware (plugs, Stick etc.).

Plugwise Source Pro software and firmware updates:
The Source Pro will receive automatically new software and firmware updates from the Plugwise server as soon as they become available. These updates could be related to the improvement of the wireless network but also contain updates that facilitate new functionalities. Tailor-made functionalities can also be implemented in both the software and the firmware. The firmware updates will be supported at the customer’s.
Support and Service
The Professional Plugwise user is entitled to continuously make use of the support of the Plugwise helpdesk and sales organization. When Plugwise has installed a PC with internet access, full support is available from a distance.
In the case of a local PC the aforementioned support can only be granted if that respective customer allows Plugwise to do so.
Plugwise practices a telephonic response-service of less than 24 hours after the communication. It is also possible to use the helpdesk and helpdesk E-mail support service.
Termination Update- Maintenance and Support services
In case the Professional Plugwise user does not wish (or no longer wishes) to receive any updates and does not wish (or no longer wishes) to take advantage of the support, maintenance and other services (included in this service package), those services may be terminated by giving written notice to Plugwise no later than two (2) months before the end of a Period. After which the user will no longer receive any updates for the Plugwise software and firmware and will no longer be permitted to use these (free) support, maintenance and other services.
