There is always one Circle+ in each Plugwise network. The Circle+ has the role of coordinator in setting up a Plugwise network. The Circle+ keeps track of which Circles belong to the network and communicates this to the Stick in the computer.
The Circle+ has a real-time clock and a battery and periodically synchronises time with the other Circles. After the network is set up the Circle+ can be used as a regular Circle.
