Sense

The Sense is a temperature and air humidity sensor that is linked to the Plugwise network. Based on the Sense, among other things, your heating and climate installations can be measured and controlled. This Sense distinguishes itself through the unmatched service life of the battery, the settings of the sensors and the option to change these settings in the software remotely.

At the end of 2011, the Sense will be expanded to include the registration function, with which data can be measured. This update will be implemented seamlessly and without further installations.

Make your office more efficient and more productive

With Sense, using the Plugwise software, you can obtain detailed insight into the variation of the climate conditions per room. With this information, you can optimise not only the energy management of the building, but also the comfort. Temperature and air humidity have a significant influence on the well-being and the productivity of those present. In combination with the Scan, you gain insight into the efficiency of a building and Floorplan Control integrates the data into your building floor plans. In this way, for example, you can clearly see whether the most heavily used rooms also have the optimum climate.

Easy to use, quick to install

The Sense is battery-powered and can be installed very quickly: like the other components of the Plugwise platform, the Sense works wirelessly. Via the software, you specify where the Sense is located. This not only makes installation very easy, but enables you to make adjustments quickly.

The Sense communicates directly with the closest modules in the Plugwise network but, in contrast to a Circle or Stealth, does not route the signals. This makes the Sense extremely energy-efficient. The Sense communicates wirelessly and therefore does not require wiring. The Sense is equipped with a battery and is easy to install using your choice of a mounting plate (removable/permanent) or double-sided adhesive tape.
