The Scan enables you to detect people’s presence by means of an IR sensor and to switch appliances and lighting on and off
when people are or are not present in a room. With the Sense, you can wirelessly measure the temperature and air humidity in a room. In this way, you easily obtain insight into the climate in one or more rooms.

Those combination of products is a unique addition in the Plugwise-system. These products offers more possibilities to manage lighting, presence, climate and humidity. So now the Scan and Sense are available in combination.

Make your office more efficient and more productive

With Sense, using the Plugwise software, you can obtain detailed insight into the variation of the climate conditions per room. With this information, you can optimise not only the energy management of the building, but also the comfort. Temperature and air humidity have a significant influence on the well-being and the productivity of those present. In combination with the Scan, you gain insight into the efficiency of a building and Floorplan Control integrates the data into your building floor plans. In this way, for example, you can clearly see whether the most heavily used rooms also have the optimum climate.

Easy to use, quick to install

The Sense is battery-powered and can be installed very quickly: like the other components of the Plugwise platform, the Sense works wirelessly. Via the software, you specify where the Sense is located. This not only makes installation very easy, but enables you to make adjustments quickly.

The Sense communicates directly with the closest modules in the Plugwise network but, in contrast to a Circle or Stealth, does not route the signals. This makes the Sense extremely energy-efficient. The Sense communicates wirelessly and therefore does not require wiring. The Sense is equipped with a battery and is easy to install using your choice of a mounting plate (removable/permanent) or double-sided adhesive tape.

The Scan can be used in combination with the Switch and with switching programmes set up in Plugwise Source.

In Source, it can be specified what equipment and/or lighting can be switched using the Scan and how quickly the Scan switches under changing lighting conditions.
