  • There is a black button on the products that are connected to the internet. Press it 12 times in quick succession (2x per second). This will temporarily open the support connection. Then our support department can immediately take a look to help you.
  • Include the ID of your product. This is usually on the label on the bottom or back and consists of 8 consonants.
