Plugwise returns procedure
Plugwise guarantees the perfect state of its products, which will do exactly what they promise. Smart products with which you can measure, discover, switch and save.
Nevertheless, for whatever reason it may happen that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. In that case you may swap or return products bought from the Plugwise webshop within 14 days, calculated from the day of receipt.
To do this please contact our helpdesk first (email@example.com). They will ask about your experience with the product, and will work with you to find a suitable solution.
If you nevertheless decide to return the product, we will email you a ‘Return Merchandise Authorisation’ (RMA) form and a ticket number. Print out the form, complete it carefully and send it to Plugwise along with the product and the proof of delivery/purchase. You will find our address on the RMA form. On receipt of your returned item, as long as it is undamaged and is still in the original packaging, we will transfer the entire purchase amount to your bank account number (IBAN) within 30 days.
