What is it?

As a manufacturer that has been making smart meter readers since the introduction of the smart meter in the Netherlands, we now have the new Smile P1 V3. The Smile P1 works together with the new Plugwise Home app (available on Android and iOS) for quick and easy insight into your consumption. The Smile P1 is suitable for all Dutch and Belgian P1 meters, including the very latest generation of smart meters, from DSMR V2 to DSMR V5.

Be aware! To use the Smile P1 you need a smart meter with a P1 port. Don’t have it yet? Then contact your network operator.

How does it work?

Plug the P1 cable into the smart meter and connect the Smile P1 to the internet. You then immediately are reading the smart meter live. Connect the app to your Smile P1 or log in via your browser to see your usage.
