Plugwise guarantees a perfect condition of its products, which do exactly what they promise you. Smart products with which you can measure, know, switch and save.

Still, for whatever reason, it can happen that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. In this case, you can exchange or return products purchased at the Plugwise webshop within 14 days, starting on the day of receipt.
Please always contact our helpdesk first (Send a message). They ask you about your experience with the product and look for a suitable solution together with you.

If you nevertheless decide to return the product, please fill in the form below. Then you will receive a “Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form” and a ticket number from us by e-mail. Print out the form, fill it in carefully and return it to Plugwise together with the product and the delivery receipt / proof of purchase. You can find our address on the RMA form. Only the costs for return are for your own account. After receipt of your return shipment, provided it is undamaged and in the original packaging, we will refund the full purchase amount to your bank account number (IBAN) within 14 days.
