What are the shipping costs for my order?
Within the Netherlands you pay no shipping costs for orders above €100, and for Belgium above €150. Outside the Netherlands and Belgium, the shipping costs are automatically calculated for you during checkout.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Do you order before noon on a working day? Then you will receive you order tomorrow. In some cases it may happen that the delivery is delayed due to circumstances. Do you want to send an order abroad? Then the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. Pay attention. These delivery times apply if stocks last.
What shipping methods are available?
Within the Netherlands we use the service of PostNL. Outside the Netherlands we use the service of FedEx.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we also ship internationally. The shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the country where the package is sent to.
I have not received a confirmation email for my order, what now?
It is possible that this confirmation email has ended up in your unwanted mail / spam. Can’t find the confirmation email here either? Send us a message.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as you have not paid yet, you can still change the order. Once you have paid for the order, you cannot cancel it. Not satisfied after all? It is possible to return your order. Look for more information on ourreturns page.
