Plugwise is looking for a new head of warehouse, logistics & assembly effective immediately.

What are you going to do?

You will be responsible for the delivery of packages to our customers and ensure that product stocks are up to date. You are the spider in the web and interact with various departments such as the buyer, sales associate and help desk. You ensure that external production is started on time and manage these employees. You have various duties that include:

  • Organizing the warehouse and maintaining inventory.
  • Starting production of various products in our range at an external location.
  • You own the logistics process and constantly look for improvements.
  • You handle the RMA process and check incoming return packages.
  • Processing and shipping packages to customers.

 

What do we expect from you?

  • You are available 40 hours a week.
  • You are precise and a team player.
  • You have at least MBO 4 working and thinking level.
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Affinity for Zigbee, Home Automation and heating components.
  • You have a command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing. English is an advantage.
